- Arriving after your scheduled appointment time may require us to shorten or reschedule your service.
- We do not accept gratuity on credit cards. Any gratuity that you would like to leave must be left in cash or on a check.
- All retail sales are final.
- If there is something that you are unhappy with, please notify us before leaving the salon, so that we may make any adjustments needed that day, or, if necessary, re-schedule for another day. Minor adjustments can be made at no cost within 2 days of your original appointment.
- If you decide to change your hair color after leaving the salon, we will be happy to accommodate you at an additional charge.
- We do not issue refunds on services at any time.
- We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, stolen items or clothing.
